Hello, my name is Elias Cahue and I am here to help guide you on your quest to find properties that are right for you! A little bit about me, I am a sophomore at Illinois State University majoring in Finance. My aspirations in real estate started during my sophomore year in high school when a friend of mine would tell me about his father's ownership of apartment complexes. That intrigued me immediately and from then on I would watch videos on how real estate investing worked and took notes on it. When I caught wind that the required age to become an agent was 18 I set a goal for myself that after my freshman year of college, I would take the required courses to obtain my license and become an agent.
